3. Subscription Plans

We offer several subscription plans (Gold and Premium) with durations of 3, 6, 12, and 24 months. All plans include access to our full channel lineup during the subscription period. Subscriptions are non-transferable and limited to personal, non-commercial use.

4. Free Trial

IPTV Unlimited offers a 24-hour free trial to new customers. The free trial requires no credit card and is intended for evaluation purposes only. One free trial is permitted per customer. Abuse of the free trial policy may result in account suspension.

5. Payment

All payments must be made in advance. We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal, and cryptocurrencies. All transactions are processed securely. Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree to use IPTV Unlimited only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not: share your account credentials with others outside your household; use the service for commercial broadcasting; attempt to reverse-engineer or circumvent our technology; or use the service in any way that could damage or impair the platform.

7. Intellectual Property

All content accessible through IPTV Unlimited is the property of its respective rights holders. IPTV Unlimited does not claim ownership of third-party content. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or resell any content accessed through our service.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and are not liable for temporary outages caused by maintenance, technical issues, or events beyond our control. Planned maintenance will be communicated where possible.

9. Limitation of Liability

IPTV Unlimited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service. Our maximum liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid for your current subscription period.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time if you violate these Terms & Conditions. Upon termination, your access to the service will cease immediately. Refunds in cases of termination due to policy violations will be issued at our discretion.

11. Modifications

IPTV Unlimited reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. We will notify registered users of significant changes. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by applicable international law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, or if necessary, through binding arbitration.
