The free trial provides full access to our service, allowing you to evaluate quality, channel selection, and compatibility with your devices at no cost and with no payment information required.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:
- The service was completely inaccessible for more than 72 consecutive hours due to an issue on our end, and our support team was unable to resolve it.
- A duplicate payment was processed due to a technical error.
- The request is made within 48 hours of the initial purchase and the account has not been actively used (less than 2 hours of streaming).
3. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:
- The customer changed their mind after purchase.
- The service was used and the customer decided not to continue.
- Issues related to the customer’s internet connection, device incompatibility, or ISP restrictions.
- Partial use of the subscription period.
- Accounts suspended due to violation of our Terms & Conditions.
- Purchases of the free trial that were accidentally upgraded.

6. Chargebacks
We ask that you contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in permanent account suspension. We are always willing to resolve disputes directly and promptly.
